The offer and sale of certificates is limited to persons who are, prior to receipt of the Offering Circular, members of, contributors to, participants in or affiliates of Converge including any program, activity or organization which constitutes a part of Converge, its district conferences, or its member churches or other persons who are beneficiaries or successors in interest to such persons (“Investors”).
